The house is located in a very convenient location, about 5 minutes walk to the Sunnybank Plaza shopping center, Masters Square, Sunnypark, Snapfitness Gymnasium, medical center and bus stop of (130,140,137,124,155) to Brisbane City, The house is 10-12 minutes walk To Griffith Uni, QE II hospital, Sunnybank train station.

We are looking for a responsible / reliable, respectful, mature-minded and courteous people to stay in for minimum 6 months. People who take good care of room, hygiene and have nice habits.

All rooms share kitchen, laundry, fridge, pantry. Rent supplementary water, electricity and unlimited ADSL2 +. 4 weeks rent for bond

House is double story. Ground floor is occupied by owner's family (3 adults). First floor is for tenants.
