i have lived in BNE for 6 years.
I have found out that most locals are very cunning, so you need to be very careful in every dealings with them.
You must have a proper record of all the actions and conversations you have had with this agent, and record this in spreadsheet or word, and summit to RTA or a tribunal court. The one with the best records wins!!! I recently went through a legal training workshop and this is what i was told.
Remember all, in Australia, everything has to be in Black and White. Do proper recording of anything you feel you are being taken advantage of.

估计中介不会上厅的,再补偿点清洁费就调解了。
什么事,事前都要清清楚楚,事后补救很累的,事后差不多就得了。

you can always do a proper recording of the events, to prove that their documents are fraudulent. proper records give you very strong support, as opposed to some doggy agents.
