Aerobic exercise has been shown to deliver a wide range of health benefits, not least as an effective method of weight control. Not only can it help to burn up extra energy, studies have shown that it may reduce appetite, for anything from two hours to a couple of days.

This might seem a bit strange, because you’d expect that anything that makes you burn more energy might well stimulate your appetite, to replace the lost energy.
