请大家多晒晒买房过程中的心得体会。。。

很想了解更多买房贷款的信息，包括；需要什么条件可以贷款，假如：贷款30万需要每个月交多少利息等等。。。

找broker很快的
而且條件沒有銀行來的嚴格
可以去問看看
反正不用錢
