Company are providing Admin Internship for Admin Department

Entry Level – Investment Consulting Admin / Reception

Nexus Investment is a professional capital investment company specialising in property investment, site development, project development, commercial property consulting, fund management, company financial structure consulting and legal consulting.

This is an excellent opportunity for University student or New graduates who wants to sharpen their professional skills, obtain local working experience, grow in a corporate background at Investment consulting industry within a professional organisation.  

Responsibilities:

1.  General phone and email enquiry management

2.  Providing admin support to office

3.  Assist with social media and marketing

4.  Social media and website management

Requirement:

1.  Excellent communication skills

2.  A can do attitude

3.  Be pro-active

4.  Have the drive to learn and bring ideas forward

5.  Work in a close team environment

6.  At least available 2-3 days per week

7.  Three months internship. No salary. Company provide meal allowance.  Internship certificate and reference letter will be acknowledged once fulfilled the tenure.

公司提供一个固定实习岗位给在校学生，提供相应培训。增加就就职竞争力，以及丰富在澳洲本地公司背景的工作经验。

岗位职责：

1.处理公司日常事务，负责公司的后勤工作；

2.负责办公室各部门间沟通对接工作，处理公司对外接待工作；

3.协助公司参与公司宣传推广，定期进行会议记录并整理归档；

4.组织、安排、协调公司的各类会议及活动；                  


任职要求：

1.流利中英文，具备一定的中英文文书写作能力；

2.做事认真、细心，责任心强，具有较强的时间管理能力；

3.肯做肯学的精神，有创新意识

4.具有良好的服务意识、团队协作意识及学习能力，工作积极主动。

5.三个月的实习机会没有工资，公司提供用餐补贴，实习期满公司出具实习工作证明以及推荐信。
