房间是位于SOUTHPORT，独栋HOUSE，有温馨错层2层楼，楼上1层有特别舒服采光特别好的3间带空调房间，全是全新QUEEN SIZE BED哦，都有全新学习桌椅以及超大衣橱。楼上3间共用一个洗澡间和洗手间。

楼下1层特别安静舒适，采光也特别好，但是不带空调，因为楼下本来就很阴凉，所以房东没有装空调。也是全新QUEEN SIZE BED哦，都有全新学习桌椅以及衣橱。更多好处是，楼下只有这两间共用一个全新洗澡间和洗手间，非常有隐私的，并且楼下两间会有单独的冰箱，微波炉，以及小餐厅，特别适合姐妹，兄弟，或者小情侣入住，完全没有打扰好嘛？？

门口超大三车位，想怎么停就怎么停（不是路边）。家里装有ADSL2+ 宽带，无限下载，速度15M每秒，视频，学习，甚至LOL 都没有压力。

学习之余，大家还可以到客厅享用42寸LCD电视，HDMI CABLE，VGA CABLE 一应俱全，你电脑上想看什么片子就看什么片子，国内各种连续剧你都可以直接YOUTUBE，通过电脑在电视上播放，生活不再孤单寂寞。

厨房还有一个超大冰箱，供楼上3间房单独同学使用，更别说微波炉，刀叉，锅碗瓢盆，应有尽有，最让学生心动的是这里是明火做饭，尽享留学生活烹饪乐趣。

关于交通：

真心不是很方便到大学，但是很方便到Australia Fair，欢迎有兴趣的同学请务必先GOOGLE MAP 看一下地址： Enid Ave, Southport ，或者上www.translink.com.au 查一下公车，然后再来定夺要不要来看房.

只整租。价格 : 5间房间一共只需要$550(不含水电网) $650 (水电网全包)

一般有两种途径去去学校：

步行200米到公车站坐车到AUSTRALIA FAIR,然后转车去学校，前后一共半小时左右。
步行15分钟到G TRAM 轻轨车站，然后坐2站到学校，前后一共大概30分钟。
