迷茫了 TPG签个网还要有专人来安装?

如题
我新签的一个房子 这几天忙活着电网的开通
之前一个朋友家也是签TPG网的
一周多一点的时间基本全部弄好 自己把路由器什么的一接就ok了
怎么我家还要来telstra technician?

“On this date, a Telstra technician will attend to the site (the address where you have nominated your TPG ADSL2+ with Home Phone service be installed) between 1pm and 5pm to complete the connection“

有没有同学有过类似经历？

    打电话去telstra的客服问下,免得到时候他们直接给invoice了..

应该是电话还是telstra的
telstra来接电话线

毕竟是签的TPG 我就打了这个公司的客服

啰嗦了一堆有的没的

总之就是说签adsl+home phone的都要有人来安装

既然如此
只能等了
