We are a premium residential development project and a Real Estate organization which is located in Chatswood.  We are currently seeking a self-motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join their ever expanding team. LindenWise is a forward thinking and technology focused real estate business that provides customers with a first class experience.
Reporting to the Sales Director, Working in a team environment, you will be expected to demonstrate commitment, loyalty and an ability to work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the office routines, systems and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives.
The successful candidate will possess:
?      A minimum of two years Sales experience
?      A current Real Estate License / Certificate of Registration.
?      Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
?      A proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
?      The ability to build strong client relationships
?      Attention to detail
?      Knowledge of effective marketing strategies
?      Progress reporting on buyer activity as required for each project


You will be given every opportunity to succeed in this role. Remuneration is Base plus commission-focused with the commission split dependent on the successful candidate’s background.
