My housemate and I are breaking the lease of our apartment in St Lucia and it will be available from 17 July 2017. Our lease ends 26 Feb 2018. The rent is $360/week. More information below.

The apartment is located within a quiet complex and walking distance to Toowong Village and UQ. Close to public transport (411, 414 & 412), shops (nightowl, fruit shop, butcher store, seafood store, chemist) and cafes (bakery, pizza bar, mongolian bbq house)!

The apartment has
*2 Bedrooms with 1 bathroom, both with built in wardrobes, carpet recently replaced in master bedroom
*Renovated kitchen w/ serving area.
*Huge living and dining area opening out onto the balcony.
*Leafy outlook.
*LUG under the complex.
*Washing machine & Fridge included!
All rooms come unfurnished.
