We are a fast growing interstate law firm, our CBD Sydney office is looking for a candidate to fill in the full time receptionist position.
Our Location: 49 Goulburn Street, Sydney.
Position Summary:
1.General office admin duties including answering phones, distribute documents, file recording and scanning and photocopying etc.;
2.Maintaining and manage files, including filing;
3.Sending and receiving correspondence, greeting clients and customers, setting up conference rooms, reply email to external agents, clients and internal colleagues, follow up and amend clients' information if needed;
4.Documents recording, including facsimiles and all mails;
5.Coordinate acquisition of office materials, such as express envelope, office stationary and etc.
6.Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
7.Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
8.Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs;
9.Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction;
10.Strictly follow instructions from supervisor;
11.May go out to attend settlement and attend bank to collect cheques; and
12.May be assigned with other tasks from time to time, including but not limiting to simple receptionist tasks.
13. overall Ielts band is 7.0 -especially listening and speaking must be 7.0
Key Accountabilities:
1.Mandarin/Cantonese speakers a must.
2.Candidates must be responsible, fast learning, honest, hard working and good at team work.
3.Strong verbal and written communication skills;
4.Self-starter and able to handle the tasks handed down responsibly;
5.Good attention to detail;
6.Solid problem solving skills;
7.Able to work in a team environment as well as individually;
8.Positive attitude towards the work and self-reflective;
9.Able to complete the tasks with minimum supervision;
10.Knowledge of computer programs (including MS Excel, MS Word, PPT)
Salary package are negotiable depending on the candidate's attributes and experiences.
All candidates must have appropriate visa permitting them to work in Australia.
