我本身是租房居住，现在有“朋友”因移民至澳洲，暂住我家三个月，收取租金。现他提岀要我签租房合同，他因有小孩，可去Centrelink申请住房补贴。我有收入并交税，谁能告诉我可以鉴否并会以后发生什么事。谢谢
