Aboutthe Role
Put your bilingualskills to fabulous use with this dynamic Real Estate Sales Management role! Ifyou have strong and solid work experience in this industry along with fluencyin Mandarin, and willing to develop your career as a sales team leader, this isthe position for you!


Dutiesinclude but not limited to:
l   Equip strong ability toassess customers’ needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutionsthat suit them
l   Provide professionalguidance and assist your team members in property selling for the right priceunder the best terms
l   Develop networks andcooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
l   Support, train andmotivate your team members to boost sales performance
l   Promote team moraleand collaboration between members


Skillsand Experience
l   1+ year workexperience in the Real Estate industry is essential
l   Previous sales teamleader experience preferred
l   Fluent Mandarin(preferable) and English speaking
l   Presentable verbaland written communication skills
l   Proficient skills insales and negotiation
l   Attention to detailsand focus on delivering outstanding customer service
l   Independent workerwith excellent interpersonal skills
